How do I return an item?

Custom Golf Stop Return Policy

Our goal at Custom Golf Stop is to help golfers improve their game with competitively priced, high quality, custom-made clone golf clubs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority in every transaction. Our customers are treated with respect and professionalism. We offer our store policy with no hidden fine print, as stated below:

Returns And Exchanges

To return or exchange assembled golf clubs, golf bags, headcovers and unused components including heads, shafts and grips, please call 800-910-1372 and request an RA#. Any product being returned or exchanged must be received by us within 14 days of the date of delivery to the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable and returned items have a restocking fee. All sales of used or demo items are final and returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on returned assembled golf clubs and shoehorns. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged on returned Alpha Golf and Bang Golf items. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on returned golf bags, headcovers and unused components including heads, shafts, and grips. Orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Warranties

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and quality of our custom built golf clubs. To completely satisfy the needs of our customers, Custom Golf Stop offers this simple, straight forward guarantee.

We will replace any defective upgraded golf shaft that was damaged in the normal use of play up to 6 months. All of our standard steel and graphite shafts come with a 6-month warranty.

We will repair or replace any defective golf head that is damaged in the normal use of play for a 6-month period. (Dimples that occur on drivers and fairway woods are considered miss-hits and are excluded from warranty.)

All repairs must be accompanied by an RA#. Please call 800-910-1372 to request an RA#.The customer is responsible for shipping any item for repair to our facility and back to the customer's address. Standard repair shipping back to the customer within the US Lower 48 States is $19.95 for a single club. Shipping back to the customer outside the US starts at $75.95 for a single club with the final rate to be determined based on the club type and the destination.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refunds And Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
