  • Fastest and safest way to remove grip tape from graphite and steel golf shafts. Machined edge cutting blade lifts off tape without scratching or gouging.

  • Scrape at approximately a 30 degree angle and not too straight up to avoid digging the sharp edge into the shaft.

  • When scraping several built-up layers of tape, pass a heat gun over the tape several times prior to attempting to scrape off the tape.

  • Scraper can be re-sharpened using a belt sander following the original contour.
